The Haus Kartheiser Wirtshaus launch menu is built around schnitzel, wurst, spätzle, rotkohl, sauerbraten, warm potato sides, rich sauces, and chef-led comfort plates designed for the room.

This is a dinner-only launch menu. Final details may adjust as distributor pricing, kitchen rhythm, and chef review are completed.

Haus Kartheiser Wirtshaus will offer custom menus for weddings, hall rentals, private dinners, and special events in partnership with Chef Mason Hessing.

Mason can design plated dinners, buffets, and special-event menus around the occasion, guest count, service style, and room needs.

Good to Know Before Ordering

Chef-driven specials will rotate as the kitchen finds its rhythm. Dinner only at launch. Lunch service is not planned for the initial opening.

Sauerbraten may open as an early-menu special depending on final launch timing and prep schedule. Additional beef features and dessert will follow after launch.
